Terms of use

The terms under which you may apply for and use ALLFLYGHTS Public Search Access.

Last updated: 30 April 2026 · Effective on publication

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the ALLFLYGHTS Public Search Access service, including the REST API, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface, the developer portal at allflyghts.com/developers, and the documentation pages it links to (collectively, “the Service”).

By signing in, submitting an access request, or using a credential issued through the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

2. Eligibility and approval

Access to the Service is approval-based. ALLFLYGHTS reviews each request based on the stated use case, expected volume, and alignment with read-only flight search access. We may approve, reject, or revoke access at our sole discretion. Approval does not grant any ownership, licence, or guarantee of continued service.

3. Description of the Service

ALLFLYGHTS provides geo-based flight route discovery as a machine-readable service. It returns route structure (airports, airlines, distances) for given location pairs. The Service is read-only and informational. It is not a booking engine, payment processor, or pricing oracle.

4. Credentials and security

  • Credentials (REST API keys and MCP tokens) are issued to your organisation and are confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out using your credentials, including activity by anyone you allow to use them.
  • The full secret is shown once at creation. Store it securely. If you suspect a credential is compromised, rotate it immediately from the dashboard or contact us.
  • Do not embed credentials in client-side code, public repositories, log files, or screenshots.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only:

  • For the purpose described in your approved access request, or a materially similar purpose.
  • Within the rate limits and quotas issued at approval time, or as subsequently updated.
  • With visible attribution to ALLFLYGHTS in your product, where attribution is required by your tier (AI Access, MCP Partner).

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell or redistribute the raw API responses without permission.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or quotas.
  • Use the Service to harass other users, harm third parties, or violate applicable laws.
  • Reverse-engineer the Service to derive proprietary algorithms or datasets, except to the limited extent permitted by law.
  • Hold the Service out as your own (white-labelling without ALLFLYGHTS’ written consent).

6. Quotas, rate limits, and pricing

Each credential is issued with rate limits and a daily request quota. Quotas may change with reasonable notice as the Service evolves. AI Access is offered free of charge during the current release. Pricing for higher-volume tiers may be introduced; if so, we will notify approved organisations in advance and continue honouring previously-issued quotas for a transition period.

7. Privacy and data

The Service does not require you to send personally-identifying information about end users; the API operates on locations (cities, airports) and date windows. Logs may include credential identifiers, IP addresses, and request metadata for the purposes of operating the Service, billing, abuse prevention, and security. See the privacy notice (forthcoming) for details.

8. Service availability and changes

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not commit to a specific uptime SLA at this stage. Endpoints, response shapes, and behaviour may change as the Service evolves; where changes are breaking we will document them in the changelog and communicate with approved organisations.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access — for individual credentials or for an entire organisation — if we determine that:

  • You have breached these terms.
  • Your usage poses a security or stability risk to the Service.
  • Continued access is incompatible with our obligations to airline partners, regulators, or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking your credentials and ceasing to call the API.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. ALLFLYGHTS does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that route data is complete or up-to-date.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALLFLYGHTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to ALLFLYGHTS for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euro (€100), whichever is greater.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to approved organisations and the “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

[Placeholder — the final terms will specify the governing jurisdiction. Until counsel selects one, no specific law is asserted here.]

14. Contact
